As Chief Executive Officer of Callon Capital, Victor Holloway possesses a deep passion for helping independent business owners spanning a variety of industries realize their goals and excel both professionally and personally. He has extensive experience serving as an advisor, strategist, and influencer to businesses at all stages in their operations. Since launching Callon Capital in January of 2025, Victor has led the company to support businesses across various industries and asset classes, working directly with client leadership teams to establish, grow, and sustain their operations.
Victor resides in Charlotte, NC with his wife Carmen and two daughters. He holds an MBA in Finance from Georgetown University and has served on the board of directors for many local professional organizations and non – profits. As a member of the Levine Children’s Hospital Board of Ambassadors, Victor’s deep commitment to community service, entrepreneurship, and innovation will help forge a healthier future for patients and families served by Atrium Health Levine Children’s.
