Locally-founded, Atrium Health Hospice & Palliative Care Union is a not-for-profit provider of end-of-life care for patients and families experiencing advanced illness and end-of-life needs, serving Union, Anson, Stanly and Mecklenburg Counties. We are proud to have served our community for over 35 years. Fundraising events like our annual Holiday Auction help our organization realize our mission to improve health, elevate hope, and advance healing – for all. Hospice affirms the beauty of life by providing compassionate and holistic care to individuals and their loved ones who are living with a life-limiting illness.
