Tina Early has been a dedicated member of the Charlotte community since 1985. An entrepreneur at heart, she founded a wholesale bakery in 1988 and currently owns and serves as President of E2 Mechanical & Industrial Refrigeration, one of the largest woman-owned HVAC and refrigeration contractors in the Carolinas. Tina has a long history of giving back, serving on boards that support education, the arts, sports, and programs that uplift those in need. Proud to serve on the Levine Children’s Hospital Board of Ambassadors, she passionately advocates for its mission and champions the health of every child.
