Swim Across America – Charlotte will host its Eighth Annual Open Water Swim at Camp Thunderbird on Sunday, October 6. This special event welcomes swimmers and volunteers of all ages and skill levels to participate with proceeds benefiting Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute and Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte.
