Proceeds from the 6th Annual Catwalk for A Cause will benefit pediatric cancer research and family/patient special needs for children being treated at Levine Children’s Hospital in Charlotte, as well as staffing for Phase I and Phase II clinical research trials at Levine Children’s Hospital (in conjunction with the MTJ Foundation’s participation in the Carolina Kids Cancer Research Coalition). The highlight of the evening will once again be the runway show, which will include women’s spring fashions from local boutiques and our “Catwalk Heroes,” patients from Levine Children’s Hospital wearing the latest children’s styles from Belk. These heroes are children battling or have recently won their battle with various forms of cancer. They will be escorted by some of NASCAR’s most popular drivers, with a finale that includes an original song written by Maia Sharpe and Edwin McCain. You won’t want to miss this special event.
