DESCRIPTION:Proceeds from Patrick Kennedy Speaks on Mental Health will help fund vital updates and improvements to Atrium Health’s safety net behavioral health facility located on Billingsley Road in Charlotte. The center offers outpatient programs\, 24 hour inpatient services\, and houses the only dedicated psychiatric emergency department in the region. In addition\, proceeds from the luncheon will be used to underwrite suicide prevention programs and efforts to educate the community about mental illness and substance use disorders. \n
