From sunrise to sundown on September 15, NBC Charlotte viewers and hospital supporters from across the greater Charlotte region watched heartwarming stories of patients, families, and caregivers at Levine Children’s Hospital. The 18-hour fundraising broadcast, made possible by Presenting Sponsor Morris-Jenkins, and many other generous community partners, highlighted the world-class care patients receive at Levine Children’s Hospital in Nephrology, Cardiology/Cardiac Surgery, Pediatric Cancer, Rehabilitation, and Neonatology, among other specialties.
Viewers met patients of all ages, like Katie Webb (shown left), who has been treated in multiple pediatric specialties since birth and was recently named the Children’s Miracle Network Hospital Ambassador for the state of North Carolina. Read Katie’s story here.
