Emily Yates joined Atrium Health Foundation in January 2025 as the Development Officer for Atrium Health Levine Cancer. Her philanthropic areas of focus are breast cancer, supportive oncology, and urology partnering with physicians, individuals, and community organizations to drive our mission forward. Emily has experience in programmatic development for North Carolina universities and a local health department. She graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and a minor in Chemistry before continuing her education and graduating from UNC-Chapel Hill with a Master of Public Health. As a local to the Greater Charlotte area, Emily has a passion for this community.
