Since opening in 2007, Atrium Health Levine Children’s has evolved into a destination for world-class pediatric care and continues to be ranked among US News & World Report’s “Best Children’s Hospitals” in multiple specialties, including pediatric cancer care. Our facilities, staff, technology, and research innovations have all been touched by philanthropy, and thanks to generous community support, Atrium Health Levine Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders is consistently ranked as one of the top pediatric programs in the country.

From the most common cases to the very complex, Atrium Health Levine Children’s is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for children across Greater Charlotte and beyond. The program includes an interdisciplinary team made up of pediatric oncologists and hematologists, nurse practitioners, nurses, patient navigators, social workers, and child life specialists. Together, the team offers a full range of support for pediatric cancers and blood disorders, as well as the most innovative therapies available in the region.

World-Class Clinical Research:

Atrium Health Levine Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders connects patients with the latest research, clinical trials, and promising therapies from around the world. The hospital’s state-of-the-art pediatric oncology research lab – the first of its kind in the region – is a global resource for pediatric cancer research. Atrium Health Levine Children’s is a member of research consortiums worldwide to bring treatments to children in the Carolinas and beyond, advancing research to push forward new therapies.

With continued gifts and support from the community, Levine Children’s Cancer & Blood Disorders will be able to grow its resources, recruit new physicians, and enroll more patients in life-saving clinical trials. Our goal is to make a significant difference in the lives of children with pediatric cancers and blood disorders every day. Atrium Health Levine Children’s receives contributions through its affiliated charitable foundation, Atrium Health Foundation (EIN 56-6060481). All gifts are deductible for either income or estate tax purposes, as allowed by IRS guidelines.
